Chia seeds are super yummy and nourishing they supply a healthy amount of calcium.

1-4 people
1/4 cup chia seeds (approximate)
1 tablespoon carob powder
Coconut Milk, unsweetened
2-4 drops Vanilla Stevia liquid
Cinnamon powder (optional)
Ginger powder (optional)
Fennel powder (optional)
CPTG OnGuard Essential Oil by doTERRA (optional)
(NOTE: Not all essential oils are safe to ingest, always read the label)
Combine chia seeds carob powder and desired powdered spices to a bowl.
Cover seeds with coconut milk
Add vanilla stevia and essential oil (optional) and stir until well mixed
Set aside and wait 5-10 minutes.
