I am an Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach (CHC) and BioIndividual Nutrition Practitioner specializing in women's, youth, and family wellness, autism spectrum and related conditions, environment, mold and toxins.
I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2012 where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. More recently in 2020, I completed IIN's advanced Intensive Coaching Practicum focusing on co-creating the coaching relationship, client empowered approach, cultivating mindfulness, powerful questioning, intrinsic and motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
To further my passions in helping individuals and families I embarked in the BioIndividual Nutrition Institute (BNI) Foundations program in 2020 with Julie Matthews, MS, CNC, aimed at addressing underlying root cause of many chronic conditions through targeted diet and lifestyle, as well as BNIs Pediatric Nutrition Course geared towards helping children with a wide variety of spectrum, learning, developmental, and chronic childhood disorders. Prior to this program I completed Integrative Medicine Academy's Autism Mastery Course in 2019 with Dr. Kurt Woeller, DO, with an in depth dive into biomedical approaches for autism. These programs built upon my Masters thesis project (MS) in which I examined strategies towards preconception and prenatal prevention of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and nutrition for parenting the child with ASD.
I completed continuing education in 2022 through Great Plains Laboratory Academy workshop, Mold and Toxins: Integrative Strategies & Protocols, and Overload: Functionally Navigating a Toxic World with Dr. Shaw and others. With a liberal arts background in Environmental Studies (B.A.E.S.) in 2003, I have a unique skills set which lends a truly whole picture of the interaction between environmental ecosystems and the human body ecosystem, and I view holistic and functional nutrition as a means for body-brain balance.
Most recently I completed my SIBO Pro Course in 2024 with Dr. Allison Siebecker a leading expert in diagnoses and treatment of small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). This program has been instrumental in understanding gut health. Recognizing the many complexities of gut health and the intersection of conditions including SIBO as well as SIFO and mold has helped me to be a better practitioner. Certification is through the ACCME and AAFP.
I strive to support my clients whole person and completed my YogaView Teacher Training in 2017. I am a firm believer that in todays world, we have to work harder and smarter to eat well, exercise, and maintain our optimal healthy lifestyle, and my passion is helping people reach their full potential.

I completed my Master of Science in Education (MS.Ed.) thesis project examining Preconception and Prenatal Strategies Towards Prevention of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Nutrition for Parenting the Child With ASD. As a mother of a child on the spectrum I am devoted to supporting and guiding families and children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), related conditions, behavior and learning disorders, as a guide to transforming nutrition and healthy lifestyle in an effort to achieve ones full potential.

Through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I learned effective coaching strategies promoting sustainable healthy habits.
In this program I studies with Joshua Rosenthal MScED and man of the world's top health and wellness experts. Key areas of this program include physical health, mental and emotional health, nutrition, primary foods or nourishment beyond the food on your plate, spirituality, and how all of these areas intersect and contribute to overall well-being.

Having completed IIN's advanced Intensive Coaching Practicum, in 2020, I am trained in co-creating the coaching relationship, client empowered approach, cultivating mindfulness, powerful questioning, intrinsic and motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.

As your health coach, I am holistic.
Not only am I an expert in nutrition and healthy lifestyle, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, 2017, with Yogaview in Chicago.
