Prepare your fry pan by warming and melting a little coconut oil evenly
5-10 minutes
3-4 person
1 Sweet red bell pepper
3-4 eggs
1 clove garlic
diced onion to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
coconut oil
green veggies
sauerkraut or kimchi
Slice your sweet red bell pepper into 3 or so rounds
You may choose to mix your eggs, garlic, and onion with a dash of water or milk in a bowl
Or you may choose to simply add the egg sunny side up directly to the frypan sprinkling with garlic and onion on top
Place your pepper slices onto your warm frypan
Add your egg or egg batter to each pepper slice
Cook to your desired length flipping if necessary
Top with cayenne pepper to taste to aid in the digestion eggs in particular the white parts of the egg.
Serve with green veggies and sauerkraut or kimchi.
