It is ideal to pre-bake or pre-steam your pumpkin in advance the day before or the morning of... You may also choose to pre-steam the other veggies as well.

4 cups pumpkin (pre-cooked)
4 carrots with green tops
1 cauliflower
1 burdock
1 dicon radish
1 zucchini
1-6 garlic cloves to taste, minced
2-4 Tablespoons pesto to taste
dash of kelp, wakame, or sea veggie granules
dash of Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt
dash of cayanne to taste
basil leaf or parsely to garnish
It is best to pre-cook your pumpkin in advance, either back or steam it, then remove the skin.
Pre-steam all of the veggies together.
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
You may wish to continue to simmer soup over a low heat.
Enjoy warm.
Enjoy cold the next day or rewarm it.
Garnish with basil or parsely.
You may like to serve this over a bed of your choice of grain or seed-like grain, perhaps some kraut or kimchi as an additional garnish.
